TotalKare’s railway lifting jacks are available in various lifting capacities (ranging from 5,000kg to 50,000kg) and can be used in configurations of 4 to 128 columns.
With fixed or movable anvil to suit requirements, the lifting jacks are a versatile and flexible repair and maintenance solution whether you’re lifting a single carriage or a complete train.
The lifting jacks conform with MACHINE DIRECTIVE 2006/42/CE and are approved in accordance with European EN 1493.
TotalKare’s railway lifting jacks are electromechanical with a lifting screw-nut system.
Main features include:
- 5,000kg – 50,000kg lifting capacities
 - Computered control unit with wi-fi remote control, event storing and recording, and self-programmed maintenance
 - Possibility to synchronise from 4 to 128 lifting jacks
 - Fixed or movable lifting carriage options
